Hope House Receives Donation from Spa Shiki’s Haiku Salon Cut-A-Thon
LAKE OZARK, MO – Haiku, the salon at Spa Shiki, recently presented a check for $810 to the Hope House emergency aid center and food pantry. The salon raised the funds through its recent cut-a-thon. Spa Shiki Director Ann Brown presented the check to Hope House on Friday, July 23. During the cut-a-thon, Haiku salon offered a cut and style for $20 Monday through Friday with $5 from every cut and style going to Hope House.
The Hope House is a non-profit organization, a food pantry and thrift shop that serve residents in Miller and Camden Counties. Located in Lake Ozark, the Hope House helps approximately 150 needing families every month with food, clothing and emergency aid. Fifty-one percent of these families are helped only one time.
