LAKE OZARK, MO – Guests looking for rejuvenation and a new outlook on wellness will find answers at Spa Shiki’s Yoga & Spa Wellness Weekend, August 6 – 8. Summer travelers can experience Spa Shiki’s philosophy to educate guests on spa as a lifestyle at this summer’s wellness weekend on Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks. Spa and yoga experts, including yoga instructor Megan Sappington, will lead the workshop on topics such as how to create a spa experience at home, wine tasting and healthy cooking, skincare analysis with SkinCeuticals, the art of reflexology massage, deep relaxation yoga and hip opener yoga. All guests will be entered into a drawing to win prizes from SkinCeuticals, a skincare line designed to protect the skin from environmental elements through advanced scientific research. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

The Spa Shiki Yoga & Spa Wellness Weekend package for a standard room starts at $183.75 per person (plus tax and guest service fee, based on double occupancy) for a two-night stay. A $50 spa credit per room is included in the package costs as well as all six spa seminars. Guests can customize the weekend experience with one of Spa Shiki’s many spa treatments. Additional treatments should be prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee availability. Without lodging, the Yoga & Spa Wellness Weekend costs $75 per person and does not include the $50 spa credit. There is limited availability.
