What is Brazilian Keratin Hair Treatment?

Brazilian Keratin Hair Treatment is a revolutionary process that softens, shines and reconditions hair. It penetrates the hair to repair internal damage and coats the hair to prevent further damage.

The unique Keratin formula is virtually a liquid form of hair that gently blends with the hair on your head. Keratin is a natural substance that comprises 88 percent of your hair. Trained in Santa Barbara, Calif., master hair stylist Susan Pollard recently joined Spa Shiki at the Lodge of Four Seasons. Pollard brings more than 20 years of salon experience to the resort spa. Pollard’s education includes training on precision and technical cutting with Joseph Kempf in California, attending the Las Vegas World Hair Convention, and seminars on haircutting with Japanese stylist Yosh and on coloring with Redken, Matrix and Framesi.

Her experience includes work in St. Louis at Paul Maris For Hair and Salon Bella, where in addition to her cosmetology work, she also trained new stylists. She did platform and stage work at the St. Louis Women’s Survival Convention, showing women how to transform a working-day style into style appropriate for evening, easily.
