Should I undress completely?
If you feel comfortable doing so, most guests undress completely for body treatments and massages. All Spa Shiki therapists are trained to follow a draping policy that ensures the comfort and safety of all guests. Only the specific area of the body being worked on will be exposed.
What do I do when I arrive?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment for any services. This will allow you time to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your service. You will be welcomed by a spa receptionist. If you are receiving spa services, you will be led to the women’s or men’s locker room where you will change into a robe and slippers. Your spa therapist will then meet you in the locker room’s lounge area.
What if I am late or have to cancel or change my appointment?
As a courtesy to all guests, please be prompt for your appointment. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you but cannot promise your full service time. Cancellations or changes require 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations or changes within six hours of the scheduled treatment and “no-shows” will be charged full value. Same-day appointments are non-cancelable and charged at full value.
What if I don’t know what services I should schedule?
Our receptionists are trained to answer questions and help you get the most out of your spa visit. Please feel free to call with questions or for any guidance on what therapies or treatments will best fulfill your needs.

You may request a male or female therapist when you schedule your treatments; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee this preference. All of our therapists are highly skilled professionals and well-trained in draping techniques to provide the utmost comfort for your spa experience. Our ability to schedule you with either allows us to provide you the widest range of appointment availability.

We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medication you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. In addition, please discuss any concerns with your therapist and esthetician. Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should avoid heat treatments.
